技术说明

CR1000WP为黑色的阳极氧化铝材质的接线面板,与所有的CR1000测量和控制模块相兼容。 接线面板包含有:开关12V、再分布式的模拟地(沿模拟通道分散,而不是沿分组)和不可插拔的端子模块,用于12V连接、气体放电管避雷器、以及为我们的COM系列电话MODEM及其它外围设备提供第8针脚的12V供电。控制模块很容易与接线面板断开,在野外不需要对传感器进行再连线就可以更换测量与控制模块。

最开始标准型号的CR1000具有2 MB的数据/程序内存,可选版本的CR1000-4M具有4 MB内存。2007年9月,标准型号CR1000开始采用4MB内存,并淘汰CR1000-4M型号。数据采集器模块序列号大于或等于11832的CR1000数据采集器采用4M内存;开始在壳体标签上也注明了“4M Memory”。

传感器

机箱

供电

CR1000 OS v.32.03 (5.10 MB) 13-08-2018

Execution of this download installs the CR1000 Operating System and Compiler on your computer.  It also updates the CR1000 support files for the CRBasic Editor.  

Note: This OS has crossed the 2 Meg CR1000 size limit for remote download.  The OS must be downloaded to the 2 Meg CR1000 via direct connect with the Device Configuration Utility.  All OS download methods are supported by the 4 Meg CR1000.

Upgrading from versions prior to version 28 of the Operating System will reset the datalogger’s CPU drive.  This is due to a change in the format of the file system from FAT16 to FAT32.  In order for the datalogger to operate correctly, as part of the upgrade, the CPU drive is formatted to FAT32.  Any programs stored and running from the CPU drive will be lost.  It is not recommended to update the datalogger’s Operating System over a remote connection where program control regulates the communication equipment (turning it on or off, etc.).  In these cases, an on-site visit and a backup using DevConfig’s backup utility is necessary to update the datalogger’s Operating System.

In all cases where the datalogger is being updated from an Operating System prior to 28, the use of DevConfig’s backup utility is recommended due to the CPU drive being formatted using the new FAT32 format.

  1. Recalibration of the CR1000 is recommended every three years.

  2. Yes. The CR1000 could be set up as a SDI-12 sensor using the SDI12SensorSetup() instruction. Alternatively, the CR1000 could be set up to perform serial communications with the CR3000 by connecting a COM1─COM4 port pair and ground from one data logger to a COM1─COM4 port pair and ground on the other data logger. The COM1─COM4 port lines need to cross RX to TX and vice versa.

  3. Yes. Create a multidrop network with an MD485 between the CR5000, the CR1000, and the digital modem. See the “Digital Cellular Modem to MD485 Network” appendix item in the MD485 instruction manual

  4. Yes, because HTTP is a separate protocol from PakBus.
  5. In the CR800-series, CR1000, and CR3000 dataloggers, there is a PreserveVariables instruction that stores the last known value of all Dim or Public variables. The values are restored if the data logger recovers from a power failure, or if the program is stopped with the Retain Data option and then resumed.

  6. The FileManage() instruction can be used to hide files on a data logger. The following are some important reminders:

    • Hidden files will not be displayed and therefore are not accessible via File Control, FTP, HTTP, etc.
    • Hidden CR and DLD program files and those specified by the Include instruction can be used by the data logger.
    • Hidden files can be accessed under program control using the FileOpen(), FileRead(), and FileWrite() instructions.
    • Hidden files can be further protected by encrypting them with the CRBasic Editor or the FileEncrypt() instruction. 
  7. The data structure that is used to store data in the data logger CPU memory cannot be downloaded directly. If the memory of a data logger is expanded using a CompactFlash card, the native TOB3 file can be downloaded using the Connect | File Control | Retrieve… menu.

  8. The lithium battery voltage is measured by the data logger once per day, and the value is held in the Status table when it is running normally. The voltage is normally extremely stable if the data logger is powered from another source and its temperature is stable. A new battery supplies approximately 3.6 Vdc; it should be replaced when its reading is at or below 2.7 Vdc.

    The lithium battery voltage is also read when the data logger is reset or its program is recompiled.

  9. With the CR1000, CR800, CR850, and CR3000, connection between RS-232 ports is possible. The connection requires a null modem serial cable to cross the transmit and receive lines.
