Netcomm Wireless Cellular Modem

Has anyone had any success getting a Netcomm Wireless cellular modem to work with LoggerNet? We purchased one of their LTE cellular modems (Model # NWL-25-02) but so far it will not work with LoggerNet. Any halp would be appreciated.
