概览

CWS220E是我们的SI-111红外温度传感器的无线版本。不需要直接接触来测量目标的表面温度。该红外温度探头含有内部的868-MHz的射频电台,将数据传送到CWB100E无线基站或另一个无线传感器。CWS220E内部电台的频段通常用在欧洲。

技术说明

CWS220E含有一个热电堆和一个热敏电阻温度探头,热电堆测量目标的表面温度,热敏电阻测量传感器自身的本体温度。两个温度探头都安置在结实的配有锗材质窗口的不锈钢腔体内。CWS220E由电池供电,即可以是碱性电池组,也可以可充电电池加上太阳能板的组合。

CWS220E可以路由自己的传输路径,通过最多另外三个无线传感器。数据采集连接到CWB100E基站,处理和存储数据。CWS220E与PC的连接及配置,是通过A205接口来实现。

通过Stefan-Boltzman方程来决定目标温度的校准系数,在校准的时候就已经存储在CWS220E中。

为什么是无线?

在那些使用有线传感器会产生一些问题的站点,继续使用有线方式会有一些问题。首先,为了保护线缆,需要穿管、挖沟,既费时又费力,有些时候甚至没有可能性。当地的防火规范可能会禁止建筑内部使用某些类型的线缆。在某些应用中,测量需要通过较长距离实现,而较长的线缆可能会降低测量质量,或者成本太高。还有些时候,增加测量的数目非常重要,而数据采集器又没有留有足够的通道用于接入额外的传感器线缆。

请注意:内部电台的设计并不是迅速转移数据。当转移数据时,从一个无线传感器开始,通过作为转发器使用的某个传感器,到基站电台结束,每个心跳包需要花15至30秒的时间。如果这个过程中,使用了3个转发器,则需要耗时45至90秒。

Additional Compatibility Information

Mounting

The CWS220E mounts to a mast or pole via the the 26054 bracket. It is mounted at an appropriate distance from the target where it can measure an individual leaf, a canopy, or any surface of interest. Because the CWS220E is wireless, it can be mounted in many locations that would be problematic for a cabled sensor.
