CR9051E是用于我们的CR9000和CR9000X数据采集器的一种I/O模块，含有14对差分（28个单端）输入通道用于测量量程达±5 V的电压信号，一个内置的铂电阻温度传感器（PRT）为热电偶测量提供了参考温度。每一个输入通道都具有–40 V/+50 V的故障保护功能，以防止一个通道的超电压错误地影响到另一个通道上。CR9051E的另一个特征是，当采集器断电时通道变成开路状态，这样传感器就不会被载入。
CR9051E都含有一个CR9050EC易连接器。易连接器可以让传感器仍然保持接线状态，而输入模块的测量电子和数据采集器的其余部分可以拿到别处使用。额外的CR9050EC可作为单独一行项目订购。
在2004年，CR9051E替换了CR9050E。CR90501E提供了更宽电压范围的故障保护功能。CR9050E的故障保护电压限制在 ±9 V。在数据采集器断电时，CR9050E的输入通道也不会变成开路状态。
