  1. 有时候,旧线缆可以被新的更短的线缆所替换。

    有时候,已有的线缆可以通过把尾部剪掉而变短。不过,当这样做的时候可能会碰到几个问题:

    • 一些传感器在线缆尾端含有电阻桥臂。
    • 一些传感器的校准考虑到线缆长度。
    • 有时候线缆中部绝缘包裹的各导线的颜色可能与尾端各导线的颜色并不一致。

    因为这些潜在的问题,如果没有在第一时间联系 Campbell Scientific 的应用工程师来详细讨论该传感器,请不要裁断线缆的尾端。

  2. 不是每一个传感器到货时会附带校准单。如果校准单被包括在内,它列在传感器的产品网页的 “Ships With” (到货附带) 区域,或者在订货时被指定。

  3. 只要有可能,请订购带预期长度线缆的传感器。我们提供的传感器中,一些可以由用户指定长度,另一些具有固定的线缆长度。

    有时候,一根旧的线缆可以用新的更长的线缆替换。

    一般来说,额外的线缆不能通过铰接的方法来延长,因为: 

    • 一些传感器的线缆在尾部含有桥臂电阻
    • 一些传感器的校准是基于其线缆长度

  4. 常常是,但并非一直都这样,一个传感器的线缆可以更换新的线缆。在原有的线缆损坏,或需要改变线缆长度的情况下,更换线缆是有帮助的。

    如果连接到传感器的线缆使用快速接头,Campbell Scientific 将销售备份线缆。例如,05106CBL-L 是用于 05106-L 风速风向传感器的备份线缆。备份线缆列在产品页面的订购栏 (Ordering tab) 下的备份部件 “Replacement Parts” 区域中。

    如果线缆经过用户可到达的端子模块连接到传感器,那么可以订购未加工线缆来更换它。例如,要更换 05103-L 风速风向传感器的线缆,订购预期长度的 24 AWG 3对双绞线带屏蔽的 Santoprene® 线缆 (pn 9721)。另一个例子,用于 TE525-L 雨量筒的原料线缆是 pn 9661 (22 AWG 1对双绞线带屏蔽 Santoprene® 线缆)。
